The Family Ministry at First Baptist Church Roswell

Family ministry extends to every member of every family at First Baptist Church Roswell. We believe family ministry begins in the home, so our goal is to strengthen the family unit and encourage families to grow in their Christian faith. Our approach is to develop relationships, coordinate effective and meaningful ministry-based programs, and offer Christian resources to families for every stage of life. In conjunction with our Children, Youth and Singles programs, Family Ministry seeks to equip adults to be strong Christian spouses, parents, and friends by living a grace-based, Christ-centered life. Family Matters Blog

Our Family Ministry blog is entitled Family Matters. This title intentionally implies a double meaning. First, we believe the family is significant to God, and therefore the family matters to God and to the Church. Second, the purpose of the blog is to discuss issues and topics (matters) relevant to the needs of families.  The blog includes posts focused on parenting, marriage, discipleship, and many other topics.
