Children’s Music Ministry The Bible gives a
clear instruction as to the value of music in the worship of
God.
“I will give thanks to Him in Song”, Psalm
28:7
This scripture provides a wonderful
foundation for the beginning of teaching music to the
children. The teaching includes an opportunity for children
to form their understanding and feelings about God. They
also learn avenues to express communication with God through
the learning of scripture in song, how to express their own
feelings, and developing their gifts to share God’s love
with others.
The preschoolers in 3 year Music
Experiences have an opportunity to sing for their parents in
the classroom setting. The other choirs provide worship
music during the year and through Special Programs.
